About Health and Harmony Integrative Bodywork
My personal experiences have served as my greatest teacher. I lived in chronic pain for over 20 years, before I found help through integrative bodywork. I am so grateful to have my life back. My experiences have sent me on a new path of self awareness and healing.
I am passionate about bodywork, and I am excited to offer a variety of options to individuals who suffer from chronic pain, stress and trauma related issues.
My mission is to provide a safe and healing environment from which to engage clients in the awareness of their physical body, to be present and aware of the client’s needs, and to encourage and help facilitate healing.
To heal is to reach first within and then without. To heal is to be real, to face the truth, to embrace pain, and comfort the inner wounded soul.To find inside what is needed to reach outside ourselves and give the broken gift of woundedness as a treasure to another. To heal is to experience life. We were all once whole, but have all been broken. Healing does not take us back to that wholeness, but brings us to a new place. A place where the music is more beautiful because the instrument is remade by choice through love and openness. To heal is a choice, a journey with a beginning and an end.
